This article applies to kit-based programs: K-5 kits, Bullying Prevention Unit, and Child Protection Unit
- Log in to your account and go to My Programs.
- On your My Programs page, there will be a box or boxes showing any trainings you’ve activated. The box will also show your training status: not started, in progress, or completed. If you’ve completed the training, the Certificate of Completion will appear in the same box, and you can download it from there.
Please note that certificates for the previous school year will no longer be available after the annual class and training reset at at the end of each June, so it is a good idea to download or print a copy of the certificate of completion before then. The Client Support Team does not have access to certificates after class reset.
If you have completed online training since the last class reset (between July 1 - the last Friday in June) and cannot print your certificate, please contact support@secondstep.org.
Include the email address you use for www.secondstep.org and the program training you have completed.
