For the fastest service, send an email to our support team to renew your expired or about-to-expire Second Step® licenses. We’ll reply with a quote within two business days.
You’ll need to provide your License ID numbers in your email. To find your License IDs, log into your Second Step account and go to your License Management page. View your licenses under the Active Licenses and Expired Licenses tabs.
For each license that you'd like to renew, please provide the following information:
- License ID and its associated Subscription ID
- Program Name and School Name
- Desired License Term Length (1-year, 3-years, 5-years, or 7-years)
If you plan to purchase additional licenses, include:
- Program Name and School Name
- Desired License Term Length (1-year, 3-years, 5-years, or 7-years)
Please also provide your name, your email address, and the name of your district if their budget will be used for the renewal.

Ready to submit your order?
Purchase orders (POs) must reference the relevant Quote # for the renewal order to process accurately and efficiently. Submit your PO to orders@cfchildren.org. If you are paying with VISA or MasterCard, call 800-634-4449, ext. 1 during our normal business hours.

Can I renew online?
No, we’re currently unable to process license renewals via our online store.
Will staff maintain access to Second Step® programs if I change the license term?
Yes. Your data will transfer seamlessly from your existing license to your new one. Just be sure to tell us which license you wish to change when you place your order.
