I'm a teacher and I'm supposed to have access to Second Step® Elementary or Middle School digital programs but I don't see it in my Dashboard

Here are possible reasons and remedies:

Reason	Remedy
You're using a Second Step account with an email email address different than what was used in the license.	Ask your Second Step administrator to check the email used as there may be a typo.
Your license has expired.	Ask your Second Step administrator to check on your license and to renew if expired.
You have a K-5 classroom kit.	K-5 kits have grade-specific online resources that can be accessed when you enter the Activation Key found inside the physical kit on your Dashboard. These online resources are different than the web-based Second Step Elementary digital program.
