Here are possible reasons and remedies:
You're using a Second Step account with an email email address different than what was used in the license.
Ask your Second Step administrator to check the email used as there may be a typo.
Your license has expired.
|Ask your Second Step administrator to check on your license and to renew if expired.
|You have a K-5 classroom kit.
K-5 kits have grade-specific online resources that can be accessed when you enter the Activation Key found inside the physical kit on your Dashboard. These online resources are different than the web-based Second Step Elementary digital program.
