If you entered your activation key and a red X appeared, there may be a typo in the activation key you entered. Double-check that you entered the key correctly and try again.
- Try entering the activation key using Caps Lock (even though the letters appear to change to capitals without Caps Lock) and no spaces.
- Note that some letters and numbers look alike. Try replacing the letter O with the number 0, for example.
