If you entered your activation key and a red X appeared, there may be a typo in the activation key you entered. Double-check that you entered the key correctly and try again.
- Note that some letters and numbers look alike. Try replacing the letter O with the number 0, for example.
- Sometimes copying the key from your email and pasting it into the box can cause problems if the entire key wasn’t copied and pasted. Typing the key in manually often solves this problem.
