- Did you receive an email notification from support@secondstep.org regarding program access? If not, please contact your Second Step license administrator (usually staff coordinating SEL implementation) for your site and ask them to add you to your license.
- If your license administrator says that you've been added to your site's license, ask them to double check your email address as often we there is a typo or they are using an outdated email address.
- Make sure the email notification was addressed to you from support@secondstep.org, as a forwarded email from a colleague won't work. Go to step 1.
If the prior 3 steps don't resolve your situation, contact support@secondstep.org .
